Tape Melbourne
I am rather excited about a huge public artwork currently being installed at Federation Square, Melbourne. The Fed Sq website explains it best;
“Like a giant spider weaving a web or a silk worm at work, the tendons of this two-metre high structure made entirely of packing tape extends over Fed Square.
Created by revolutionary Viennese/Croatian design mavens Numen/For Use, Tape Melbourne is a temporary work made entirely of regular packing tape, a self extinguishing tape and multiple layers of the transparent adhesive.”
When: 24 hours 4 Sept – 24 Sept
